What sets Desireé apart is her dual impact, not just on business operations but also on the essence of teamwork. Throughout her professional journey, she accumulated a treasure trove of experiences alongside some of the most prominent athletes and executives of our time.

Her path in sports and entertainment was forged through her extensive contributions to the growth initiatives of Magic Johnson Enterprises, where she started as an Executive Assistant. Completing her tenure at the corporation, she served as the Director of Business Development, a position that speaks volumes about her strategic prowess. Desireé was the guiding hand, shaping the future of the corporation by charting new business strategies, fostering development, and cultivating invaluable strategic partnerships.

Desireé's journey took her to the iconic Los Angeles Lakers, where she served as the Head of Player Relations. Here, she was a manager, a mentor, a developer, and an innovator. She designed and executed team-based programs and experiences that transcended the basketball court, focusing on the players' personal growth, brand management, and support networks.

Prior to the Lakers, Desireé contributed significantly to the Los Angeles Dodgers in two pivotal roles within the Community Relations and Marketing & Promotions departments. During her time, the Dodgers experienced exponential growth, particularly in minority communities, thanks to her vision. She crafted signature programs that continue to shape the organization today. Her marketing initiatives, special events, and harmonious blend of community programming and corporate partnerships touched the lives of tens of thousands throughout Los Angeles County.

This remarkable journey all started in Inglewood, California, the very place where Desireé calls home. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Loyola Marymount University, she's more than just a consultant. She's a native of the city, a visionary, and a dynamic leader.
